Room Service WOD: To Keep Going


My gym membership gives me currently 2 opportunities to workout (per week). Sometimes I feel the void which I have an urge to fill in between those days.


Today was one of such days, so I decided to try some bodyweight WOD that is possible to do at home.


20 rounds:


5 push ups
5 squats
5 sit-ups.


Me time: 15:42.


I puked on the 10th round :D Well, sit-ups go hard on me, I won't lie xD
