Deadlift is Clean Now


A super short post, to share my latest achievemenet.


A few days ago, practicing power clean lift, I managed to hit the bar of 40 kg.


The weight that was my deadlift 3 month ago.


I am not sure how it goes for everyone, but I am proud of myself, of what I have achieved.


I clearly need more practice because my technique is still lme, but it gets better. I will be able to make new PR with time.
